The ZT 320 automatic disintegration time limit tester is divided into four models based on the number of testing stations (one to four), and each testing station of any product is independently driven. To ensure excellent quality and the highest usability, each testing station is controlled by its independent keyboard. After programming the testing time, the basket assembly with loaded samples will automatically descend into the medium; At the end of the preset running time or when the stop button is pressed, the basket will be lifted from the medium to prevent further decomposition of the sample.
The display temperature (LED screen) is data measured by an external standard temperature sensor, which can be placed inside the water bath or in the testing medium. The optional A-type basket (with 6 test tubes for regular tablets) and B-type basket (with 3 test tubes for larger tablets (according to USP/EP standards) components can be installed on all ERWEKAZT 220/320 series disintegration time limit testers.
Optionally, when the start button is pressed, the basket assembly automatically descends into the medium, and when the preset running time ends or the stop button is pressed, the basket automatically lifts. The recorded operating parameters can be backed up or printed through a USB interface.
